The Naples real estate market continued to show strong momentum throughout April, with pending sales up 38 percent year over year while inventory declined 21 percent.

Buyer demand remains steady across Naples, especially in well positioned properties and desirable communities. Single family home prices continued to rise, while the condo market is beginning to stabilize and present new opportunities for buyers.
