A REALTOR with Downing-Frye Realty Inc, working with sellers and a select group of buyers across Naples and the surrounding coast.
I work the listing side first. Most of what I do is help owners bring a home to market so it earns its strongest number, and help buyers relocating from out of state find the right community before they think about an address.
My approach is simple. I give you a clear read of the evidence, I tell you what I would do and why, and I let you make the call. No pressure, and none of the tired language the business is known for. Selling or buying a home is a large financial decision, and it deserves an advisor who treats it that way. The writing on this site exists for the same reason. The more you understand about how the Naples market works, the better the choices you will make, whether or not we ever work together.
