Talis Park was built by begun as Tuscany Reserve by WCI Communities, purchased in 2011 by Kitson and Partners, which resumed development in 2012 and renamed it Talis Park, developed golf course opened in the mid 2000s as Tuscany Reserve, community relaunched as Talis Park in 2012 with most homes built since, approximately 800 residences planned on about 460 acres, with local sources citing roughly 280 condominiums and 220 single family homes.
Homes here are condominiums, coach homes, single family homes and grand estates.
Amenities include Vyne House, a 33,000 square foot clubhouse and lifestyle center with multiple dining venues, fitness center with sauna and steam room, spa with private treatment rooms, swimming pools, and retail boutiques.
Private 18 hole par 72 course of 7,015 yards designed jointly by Greg Norman and Pete Dye, one of only two courses created by the pair, with Sea Dwarf Paspalum turf and notable elevation changes.
The community sits in North Naples on the former Tuscany Reserve site.
